A Time to Unwind Massage Therapy Studio located in Frederick, MD

Valerie is a licensed massage therapist with 18 years experience. She graduated from Baltimore School of Massage in 2003. In 2014, she graduated from Penn State University where she received her Physical Therapist Assistant degree and went on to work as a Physical Therapist Assistant for several years. Valerie has a strong background in anatomy and physiology.  She ha​s worked alongside physical therapists, chiropractors, acupuncturists, and holistic practitioners. 

Valerie works with the clients to ensure each session is customized and tailored to their specific needs.
